Can I get a refund or reshipment if my order does not arrive?
First of all, please be patient and wait at least 3 weeks. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, submit a support ticket to us. Our staff will review your case as soon as possible. If your order is lost or stuck somewhere, we will happily arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
Please note that a full refund is available only for orders up to USD 400.00 (or the equivalent in the customer's local currency). Orders over this amount will receive a 50% refund.
